Northland Mines Oy: Logistic DFS (Definitive Feasibility Study)

Responsible to investigate and define technically and economically feasible logistic routes for Iron-, Copper- and Gold-ore for a Finnish mine.

Northland Logistics AB: Iron ore Portfacility Narvik

As Project manager on site been responsible for managing construction of Northlands Iron ore port facility in Narvik (Norway).

The facility include train unloading-, iron ore storage, quay to load "cape size" vessels and also managing installation of material handling equipment such as conveyorsystem and ship loader.

This was a project with challenging timeline, many suppliers and entrepreneurs. The work consisted in planning, coordination and installation during operation on site.

This facility have until December 2014 delivered approximately 2,6 Mn tons of Iron ore to customers around the world.
